Our client, located in the region of Orange NSW, is seeking an experienced hands-on management couple to manage his Hotel / Motel.
This position is looking at commencing immediately - initial 3 month contract with view to permanent.
You would be required to run both the Hotel and small Motel attached.
Cooking experience is essential as you would be required to prepare bistro style meals (both lunch and dinner) Thurs - Sunday.
It is essential that you have valid RSA's.
Work Hours - 5 days per week 11am - 8pm + 1 day per week 11am - 11pm + 1 day 11am - 2am.
FREE accommodation is provided - you would be rewarded $1000.00 + meals + 1 day off per week for your expertise in this field.
