Turnaround Time

Staff for temporary positions can be made available at very short notice, usually for the following day of lodgement of your request.

Permanent positions will require further verification, but once a detailed description is agreed, BLIGH can begin its search and usually forward suitable candidates within 48 hours.

BLIGH will keep our clients informed as to any progress whether successful or otherwise - communication being the key.

Guarantee

Should a client have any dissatisfaction with a temporary assignment, they can expect the prompt replacement of staff, with any charges made cancelled. This guarantee is not time limited.

With permanent placements, if within 10 weeks of starting the candidate falls below expectations, BLIGH will seek a replacement at no further charge.

Performance Monitoring & Training

Placing a suitable candidate is only the beginning of the service from BLIGH, with commitment to keep in contact with clients & candidates on a regular basis, providing ongoing candidate monitoring to ensure performance is kept to a high standard.

BLIGH can produce regular reports on its placements to the client, assisting in the update of training & staff progress.

References

When temporary or permanent candidates are available for work or a change in career, they are usually interviewed in order to ascertain any upgrading in their relevant skills. This enables BLIGH to provide the most up to date information for our clients.
